I was looking for a cross stitch pattern for this year's 2017 Primary Theme - "Choose the Right" and didn't find anything I really liked.
I decided to design my own and wanted to share it with any of you cross-stitch fans out there!
My daughters love stitching and they are trying this one next!
Pick any color you want and frame it, put it on a pillow, or display it in an embroidery hoop!

DeleteI just took up cross stitching so this is great! Thank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteCross stitching is my favorite kind of stitching because making the squares and counting is so much fun! You're very welcome!
DeleteThis is really awesome. Thanks so much!
ReplyDeleteYou're very welcome Caroline!

DeleteWhat size of hoop is best?
ReplyDeleteI used a 6" hoop but you could go a little smaller as well.
DeleteWhat size needle?
ReplyDeleteI think any standard size needle would work!
DeleteI have a really silly question(I'm not a pro cross sticher)....when you print the pattern, how do you transfer it to the fabric?
ReplyDeleteThis isn't a silly question at all. When you are doing "cross stitch" you count and stitch the stitches as you go. If you are doing primitive stiting you don't stitch with crosses, just straight lines. I hope I'm making sense!
DeleteI cannot find where the pattern is. I am trying to print one out for activity days. If you could help me out that would be great. When i click on any picture it only blows it up, it does not take me to a pattern. thank you
ReplyDeleteI apologize I am just barely commenting. I think the download image is distracted by the "pin in" button so I will go ahead and fix that now. Thanks for bringing this to my attention!
Deletethanks, this is helpful. I’ve been looking for a design that is religious in nature or emblematic anyway. For a child that got baptized this year. Have you made any other designs? I’m looking specifically for designs that are less than 44 x 44 stitches.
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking about designing more cross-stitch patterns in 2024. Suggestions are welcome!
