How adorable are those nursery kiddos at church?! I absolutely loved serving in the nursery and cannot wait to have the opportunity again in the future (I truly hope!).
I created this questionnaire for the parents of the nursery children so the leaders could get to know each child better. It's a great way to know where the parents are and have all the information you need on hand!
